Diet Tip #1

1. Cook a lovely breakfast of two poached eggs, wilted spinach and grilled tomato on toast with a fresh strong coffee.

2. Attempt to balance plate of food, knife, fork and coffee.

3. Drop half your breakfast on the floor.

4. Half the calories remain.
